We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Returns
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when returning the product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as final sale products, personalized items, and undergarments, cannot be returned or refunded.
